Shaoxing Shengong implements strict workshop management, with paperboard stacked neatly and the floor clean and dust-free. Its orders are mainly for a single chemical fiber box packaging category, with high requirements for paperboard weight, breakage resistance and compression resistance. After the paperboard is produced on the BHS 2500 constant speed corrugated production line, it is uniformly transported by fully automated logistics to the caching area for subsequent processing, realizing unmanned operation and greatly improving production efficiency and yield rate. The entire production process reflects Shaoxing Shengong's streamlined management and high degree of specialization.

The loading machine used by Shaoxing Shengong is the ASL-T automatic loading machine of Shanghai JUER (SHANGHAI JUER PACKING MACHINERY Co., LTD), which demonstrated its running effect on loading large orders on the site. After the observation of Corrface, its performance is very stable in handling large orders, and it can realize the efficient loading of 200 pieces of five-layer paperboard/minute. The hydraulic station is well stabilized, ensuring continuous and stable feeding. At this stage, Shaoxing Shengong only has one worker responsible for checking the feeding stability of the first section and the situation of waste boards to prevent the In-line from jamming. The machine is designed with a smaller drop to effectively avoid jamming problems. In addition, the machine is equipped with an automatic flipping function, and the leveling mechanism works well. After passing through the laminated feeding unit, the paperboards are automatically arranged in the shape of fish scales with even spacing. The rear push plate of the paper feeding unit is transformed from cylinder type to linear type, which optimizes the problem of insufficient power of the cylinder type and makes the paper feeding chain flatter and the precision of paper feeding more secure.
The only shortcoming observed in this on-site inspection is that the articulation part of the paper feeding unit of the equipment is not precise enough due to the adjustment of the cursor position, resulting in a low stacking position of the paperboard. The recommendation from Corrface: Optimize the cursor position to ensure that the paperboard is stacked at the right height and not too high or too low. The other In-line for the production of the box with top and bottom lid is equipped with JUER's semi-automatic loading machine, which also requires only one worker on site to assist in the inspection. This shows that the application of automated equipment significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the overall production efficiency. After half an hour of continuous on-site observation, Corrface found that its three core parts - paper loading, flipping and feeding - are showing good stability. And in the following half day, there is no jamming caused by the loading machine.
