【Corrface Machine Exploration-J.S.Machine】3300 Ultra-Width Intelligent Corrugator: Corrface's Exclusive Exploration of China's First J.S. Machine 3.3m Corrugator Line Performance!

March,13, 2026

In the development of the corrugated packaging industry, the advent of ultra-width corrugators has brought new opportunities and challenges. In this episode, Corrface visits Henan Dushi Group to gain in-depth insights into the actual production performance of the first 3300 Ultra-Width Intelligent Corrugator from J.S. Machine’s Jingrui Series.

Since its official commissioning, J.S. Machine’s 3300 Ultra-Width Intelligent Corrugator has been in operation for nearly 4 months. Currently, it achieves an average web width of 3.05 meters and can process base paper with a minimum basis weight of 42 gsm. The single facer section adopts the latest DWN-series single facer, with further optimizations to the overall mechanical structuregreatly enhancing equipment stability.

The 3300 Ultra-Width Intelligent Corrugator enables formula-based production, adapting to the increasingly frequent demand for diverse orders. The system can automatically match corrugating rolls and corrugating pressure, automatically store process parameters for each pair of corrugating rolls, and realize automatic matching and compensation after roll change. It is also equipped with an intelligent temperature control function, which effectively reduces production costs while further ensuring board quality.

For the glue spreader in the wet end of the 3300 Ultra-Width Intelligent Corrugator, the entire roller features excellent machining precisionguaranteeing the uniformity and stability of glue application. The glue application belt uses a fixed locking method; after one-click locking, the minimum glue gap can reach 6 silk (0.06 mm).

The dry end of the 3300 Ultra-Width Intelligent Corrugator uses a smooth-roll web guiding system, which ensures an accuracy of within 1 mm. This effectively reduces the width of trimmed paper edges and the required width of base paper inventory, largely preventing base paper deviation during operation. As a result, slitting operations are more precise and stable.

The core of the entire 3300 Ultra-Width Intelligent Corrugator lies in its latest ACS Adaptive Cruise System, which achieves an adaptive cruise rate of over 90%. This system integrates multiple cruise functions, including production cruise, paper splicing cruise, small-batch order cruise, flexible board cruise, and bridge safety paper accumulation cruise. These functions fully support the adaptive cruise system, making the entire production process more intelligent and automated. At the stacker section, the stacked boards are neatly arranged; the downstream section is equipped with J.S. Machine’s automatic logistics system, where 2 automated guided vehicles (AGVs) distribute boards to 6 downstream docks. The entire production line operates in an orderly and efficient manner.

It is reported that in the initial stage, this 3300 Ultra-Width Intelligent Corrugator (5-ply) can achieve a daily output of over 400,000 square meters per single shift, with a two-shift capacity of approximately 800,000 to 1,000,000 square metersdemonstrating strong competitiveness in the market. Corrface believes that 3.3-meter ultra-width corrugators represent the future development trend of the industry, and we will continue to follow the outstanding performance of ultra-width corrugators in practical applications.
