This high-speed all-in-one machine can achieve a minimum feed size of 300mm * 600mm and a maximum feed size of 3m * infinite length. It takes less than 13 seconds to make ten standard matching boxes. At this speed, more than 3000 boxes can be produced in one hour. After carefully inspecting the finished cartons, Corrface found that the machine handles corrugated boards with great precision: both sides of the boards are creased to prevent flap cracking. The machine, which achieves integrated printing and slotting in one pass, is suitable for producing orders of various specifications, especially complex-shaped irregular cartons, boasting comprehensive functions. The equipment also retains AOPACK’s signature quick order change function: after entering the size and clicking "start knife positioning", the machine completes the order change in less than one second.

During the order change from regular straight tuck cartons to irregular cartons, Corrface observed that the machine can produce over 100 carton specifications. The production speed for a single irregular carton is approximately 3 seconds, translating to around 20 irregular cartons per minute. This raises the question: as carton design complexity increases, will the production efficiency change accordingly?

AOPACK explained: When specifications become more complex, the cutting knives on both sides may pause due to inconsistent movements, resulting in a slightly slower production speed compared to that of regular straight tuck cartons. Nevertheless, the overall production efficiency of this all-in-one machine is significantly higher than that of previous models—it can produce 2,000-3,000 regular straight tuck cartons per hour and 1,000-1,200 irregular cartons per hour.

The capabilities of this all-in-one machine do not end here. Its ultimate feature lies in the integrated vibrating knife function, which applies engraving machine technology to carton forming machines. This not only addresses the shortcoming of traditional carton forming machines (inability to cut shapes like circles and arcs) but also enables the engraving of Chinese characters with intricate strokes. Subsequently, AOPACK demonstrated the entire process of engraving the three Chinese characters "全瓦通 (Corrface)" to Corrface: after importing the CAD drawing into the equipment, one click starts the process, resulting in clear engraving traces and a flawless finish.
