The front correcting group adopts electronic correcting method, which can accurately detect the position of paper and accelerate the belt operation through servo motor to ensure the uniformity of paper feeding. The air-absorbing effect below the correcting group does not affect the printing surface, which can fully guarantee the consistency of the quality of the printed products.

 

The scoring is integrated with the printing process, eliminating the need for an additional scoring process. For the double E flute, which is most prone to bursting, there will be no bulging, thus reducing the phenomenon of paperboard cracking.

 



Before the emergence of Crawler-type creasing, most of the packaging enterprises generally use the pressing wheel for crease. Crawler-type straight line creasing adopts the overall force, which can be adapted to any material and flute shape of paperboard, solving the pain point of bulging, and solving the subsequent rough edge and different size.

 

The clean edge die-cutting passes through the pressure-free paper feeding to the die-cutting unit, leaving no front and rear edges after die-cutting, which can achieve the production effect of how large the paperboard is and how large the carton is. Each paperboard can save about 2 centimeters of edge, and more than 20 cartons can save the materials of one carton, which can help companies achieve a net profit growth of 2-4% only by reducing initial costs.

 

The precision of the front end tends to be perfect, so that the back end can realize the clean edge die-cutting without margins, which is also the most valuable core competitiveness of the whole set of equipment.
