Yuying’s double-G corrugated boards offer higher rigidity than four-layer boards while being lighter, reducing transportation costs and lowering fixed costs per square meter to boost profitability.

Another advantage of Minwei’s equipment lies in its user-friendly operation and flexibility. Yuying demonstrated switching from G-flute to F-flute production. Disconnect the lifting platform, connect air pipes, remove the corrugating roller, insert the new roller, shut off the air supply, release the valve, reconnect the steam platform—after which F-flute production can commence immediately.The entire roller replacement requires no tools like wrenches and takes merely 2-3 minutes, drastically reducing downtime and ensuring peak efficiency.

By adopting specialized equipment to focus on differentiated products, Yuying has cultivated a stable high-quality clientele and secured expansive market opportunities.
